Galvanized Steel Sheets are carbon steel sheets coated with a protective layer of zinc through a hot-dip process, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Manufactured by Wuxi Sylaith Special Steel Co., Ltd. , these high-quality GI sheets feature 0.12-0.2mm thickness, Z10-Z29 zinc coating, and full hard temper, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
Our Prime Galvanized Sheets are produced from hot-rolled based steel with skin pass treatment for improved surface flatness and regular spangle finish. They are widely used for making pipes, cutting sheets, corrugated roofing sheets, containers, fences, and small tools.

Galvanized steel sheets are produced through a precise metallurgical process that bonds zinc to steel for corrosion protection.
High-quality hot-rolled steel coils (grades DX51D, SGCC) are selected as the substrate.
The steel strip is thoroughly cleaned through:
Degreasing: Removes oils and contaminants
Pickling: Removes iron oxides and scale
Fluxing: Prepares the surface for optimal zinc adhesion
The cleaned strip passes through a bath of molten zinc at approximately 450°C-460°C. A metallurgical bond forms between the steel and zinc, creating a corrosion-resistant layer with Z10-Z29 coating (10-29 g/m² of zinc per side).
After coating, the strip is cooled. The cooling rate determines the spangle type (regular, minimum, zero, or big spangle).
A light rolling pass improves:
Surface flatness
Mechanical properties
Surface finish
Every coil undergoes rigorous testing:
Coating thickness verification (Z10-Z29)
Surface quality inspection
Dimensional accuracy (±1% tolerance)
Mechanical property testing (full hard)
Sheets are cut to customer-specified lengths (6000-100000mm) or slit to custom widths.
Finished sheets are packed in standard seaworthy packaging for safe ocean transport.
A:
Full Hard: Cold-rolled to maximum hardness, higher strength, less formability. Ideal for corrugated sheets and structural applications.
Regular (Soft): Annealed for better formability, lower strength. Ideal for deep drawing and complex bending.
A: Z stands for Zinc, and the number indicates the coating weight in grams per square meter (total both sides). Z10-Z29 means 10-29 g/m² of zinc. Higher coating weights (up to Z275) are available for more corrosive environments.
A: Regular spangle refers to visible zinc crystals on the surface. This is the classic galvanized appearance and is suitable for most general applications like roofing and fencing.
A: Skin pass (or temper rolling) is a light cold rolling step after galvanizing. It improves surface flatness, eliminates yield point elongation, and enhances surface finish.
A: Standard thickness is 0.12–0.2mm. We can also supply thicknesses from 0.1mm to 2.0mm upon request.
A: Standard MOQ is 1 ton. Sample orders and smaller quantities are negotiable — please contact us to discuss.
A: Yes, we offer comprehensive processing services:
Welding for assembly
Punching for holes and cutouts
Cutting to custom sizes
Bending for shapes and angles
Decoiling from coil to sheet
A: Absolutely. Our full hard galvanized sheets are specifically designed for roll-forming into corrugated roofing sheets. The full hard temper provides the necessary strength for structural roofing applications.
A:
Hot Rolled Based: Lower cost, suitable for general applications where surface finish is not critical.
Cold Rolled Based: Better surface finish, tighter tolerances, higher cost. Ideal for pre-painting and decorative applications.
Our product uses hot rolled based steel, offering the best cost-performance balance.
A: Yes, we offer custom lengths from 6000mm to 100000mm. Please provide your specific requirements for a custom quotation.
